These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of goods by TAK Wholesale (“we”, “us” or “our”) to you, the customer. By placing an order on our website you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. About us
TAK Wholesale is a wholesale supplier of eco-friendly hospitality products. We are the official UK and Ireland distributor for Reedest biodegradable reed straws. Our registered address is Unit 1476, 92 Castle Street, Belfast, BT1 1HE.
2. Wholesale accounts
Our products are sold on a wholesale basis to businesses in the hospitality, food-service and retail sectors. We reserve the right to refuse orders, cancel accounts or limit quantities at our discretion.
3. Orders and pricing
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices shown on the website are in GBP (£) and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to adjust prices, discontinue products or correct pricing errors before an order is dispatched.
4. Payment
Payment is required at checkout through our secure payment provider. For approved trade customers, payment terms may be offered by prior written agreement. Orders remain our property until paid in full.
5. Delivery and shipping
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 working days. Delivery times quoted are estimates and start from the date of dispatch. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and are non-refundable unless the goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied.
6. Returns and refunds
Customised, branded or bespoke items cannot be returned unless defective. Standard products may be returned within 14 days of delivery provided they are unused, in original packaging and in resalable condition. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the goods are faulty.
7. Custom branding and samples
Quotes for laser engraving, paper wrapping, custom packaging and other bespoke services are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Artwork must be supplied in a suitable format; delays caused by artwork issues may affect lead times.
8. Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods concerned. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or economic loss arising from the use or resale of our products.
9. Intellectual property
You warrant that any logos, artwork or branding supplied for custom orders belong to you or that you have permission to use them. We reserve the right to refuse to reproduce material that infringes third- party rights.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version in force at the time you place an order will apply.
